Tickets and tables can be purchased online or through the office.

Online purchases include a 4.5% service fee. Offline purchases can be made by cheque (to Kuriakos), eTransfer (to, or cash.

Individual tickets - $60 ($30 donation), general seating

Table of 8 - $450 ($210 donation), reserved seating, includes a bottle of wine

Physical tickets will be provided at the door, or prior to the event upon request.

Ticket/table price includes GST. Online purchases are subject to a 4.5% processing fee.

The meal cost is $30/seat, with the balance issued as a donation receipt.

Please note that reserved seating is only available for Table purchases.


Live Auction - 9 items, average value $500

Silent Auction - 200 items valued at $50 each

Items will be posted as donations are received.

Please consider DONATING ITEMS for auction, and receive a receipt for the Fair Market Value of your donation. Wood working, art projects, trips/travel, quilts, needlework, and handcrafted jewelry are just a few of the popular items.

Please report your donation to the Auction Committee prior to the event.

You can drop off your donation at the camp office or bring it to the event.

PLANNING TO ATTEND the Fundraiser? Wonderful! Donation receipts will be issued for amounts paid above the Fair Market Value of the item, provided that amount exceeds 20%. Sound confusing? Don't worry, we're on top of it. All you need to do is get your hand up in time to bid.
