Positions We Are Hiring For
Kuriakos is seeking a Program Director to join our senior leadership team and provide year-round leadership for our programs and ministries. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about Christian camping ministry, developing people, building community and creating meaningful experiences. The Program Director leads the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of Kuriakos programming, including summer camps, programmed retreats, Kuriakos Outdoor School, leadership development, faith formation and special events.

Kuriakos is seeking a Hospitality Director to join our leadership team and oversee the guest-facing operations of our camp and retreat centre. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, serving others, building relationships, and creating welcoming spaces where people feel they belong. The Hospitality Director leads rental group bookings, guest services, retreat hospitality, housekeeping, food services, and facility readiness. Working collaboratively with the Kuriakos leadership team, this position ensures that guests, families, schools, and retreat groups experience exceptional care and hospitality throughout their time at camp.

Some days are spent planning programs and developing staff. Others might involve welcoming a school group, preparing for summer camp, leading worship, solving an unexpected problem, spending time outdoors or gathering around a campfire.
Through it all, our team works together to create a welcoming community for the people who come through our doors.
