Donate for our Auction

Suggested items include works of art, sporting equipment, electronics, jewelry, gift certificates, event tickets, and condo rentals. Donations should be new or newly made. Be creative!


So that we can include your items, please contact us at auction@kuriakos.ab.ca or 403-746-2702
with the following information no later than April 12:


  1. Donor name, address, email, phone number
  2. Item name, description, market value, and photo (if possible)
  3. Your preference to mail, drop off, or arrange collection of the item
  4. Your request for anonymous donation or minimum bid if applicable
  5. For intangible items such as trips or services, please provide a "certificate" or info for our team

Ways to Join

Expect live entertainment, exciting bidding, and a vibrant virtual gathering.

In our 91st year, we have 91 (and more!) reasons to celebrate, and would love for you to join us.


The online auction will open for bids on April 14.

Would you be willing to help make KGT 2021 a success in these ways?

  1. Attend the event online at KuriakosGathersTogether.ca
  2. Make an account to bid in the auction
  3. Donate an item to the auction (see donation instructions below)
  4. Send us one of your "91 reasons to celebrate Kuriakos" (feel free to include a photo or short video)
  5. Provide Campfire Songs or musical entertainment in video format to share during the program (we'll show as many as time allows, and will post all submissions online).

Online Program - April 24

The auction will occur online for the full week, culminating with an online event on the evening of April 24.


The online auction will open for bids on April 14.


Even though we won't be meeting in Bentley that evening, you are welcome and encouraged to "join us". Please save the date!

KGT 2021 - Online!

April 14-24, 2021

As we journey through this time of social distancing and uncertainty, the need for gathering together (online) and celebrating Kuriakos's 90th Anniversary has become even more clear.


We still need your support, and The Kuriakos Community still needs an opportunity to gather.

Tickets and tables can be purchased online or through the office.

Online purchases include a 4.5% service fee. Offline purchases can be made by cheque (to Kuriakos), eTransfer (to info@kuriakos.ab.ca), or cash.


Individual tickets - $60 ($30 donation), general seating

Table of 8 - $450 ($210 donation), reserved seating, includes a bottle of wine


Physical tickets will be provided at the door, or prior to the event upon request.

Ticket/table price includes GST. Online purchases are subject to a 4.5% processing fee.

The meal cost is $30/seat, with the balance issued as a donation receipt.

Please note that reserved seating is only available for Table purchases.
